Here we are at the end of another week! Happy weekend, everyone.
And happy Spring! Unfortunately someone forgot to write the change of seasons on her calendar...
*cough, cough* Mother Nature!
But the Canadian geese know what's up. Back to Canada!
Our little family has been doing our best to pretend it's warming up outside.
We took a trip to the park with friends and lasted 8 minutes before the winter winds blew us back inside.

With Spring comes allergies. Have no fear, E is prepared! I looked up from my laptop one day to find all the wipes out of the container and the baby's nose, face, and hair cleaner than a bottle of bleach. Apparently the child knows how to blow her own nose and give her head a thorough wipe down. With the snotty wipe, of course. They grow up so fast.
Another skill she showed off this week: taking a self portrait. I'd call it a selfie, but this is a little more artistic than the classic selfie. Our baby is the most advanced.
The following skill is not new, but it's something I've gotten a new perspective on. Rather than considering this a mess, I now call it urban foraging.
Our big adventure from the past week was our trip to the National Zoo! Now that she's a world traveler, E is tough to please. As you can see, she was less than impressed with these elephants.
The ape was smart and played hard to get - always a sure way to get a girl interested.
It was a rainy day, but that didn't get us down. What got us down was missing the Panda exhibit by just 20 minutes because we spent too long stuffing our faces at lunch.
Here are a few more pics of E enjoying the animals (maned wolf, cheetahs, and lemurs) and being outside. I'm afraid this girl is going to love the outdoors despite my constant complaining about it. She is often bringing me her shoes and banging on the door waiting to be let out like a puppy with a small bladder.

Here's the whole crew at the zoo - lest anyone be jealous that the baby is the only one that ever makes it in the pictures for Foto Friday :p
We love spending time with our Miller fam no matter the weather nor the activity.
They're the best.
